Our drive yesterday brought us to Missoula, Montana. Since we departed Missoula this morning we have not seen a new state. Montana is endless! It is beautiful, however, and the trip has been going very well. We will try to post a picture or two if we can find our camera cord!
Evelyn has been such a trooper! We only stopped twice today and she didn't complain a bit! She enjoys watching her Daddy drive our big rig with his trucker hat on. Evelyn stared him down this afternoon while he was singing her special "sleepy time song". It made us laugh really hard because she would not quit looking at him and we can't look at her or she will start to cry. Maybe you had to be there! Once we arrived at our hotel she got a bath in the big tub and was even able to watch our cat, Buttercup, slip and fall into the bath water! Traveling with the cats has been easy. They just cry to themselves in the car that is being towed behind us!
So tomorrow we head out for another long day of getting to know the topography of North Dakota. For some reason I don't think it will much different than what we saw today...well maybe fewer trees.
Good-bye Washington! You were so wonderful! We cannot wait to return for a visit!
