It's okay to love and to be loved.

Evelyn and I visited a French settlement in New Paltz, New York this past week. This particular settlement was established in the late 1600's along a winding river south of the Catskill Mountains.

I always enjoy the East coast because of its rich history. No other location in America provides as much history to the beginnings of our country as the East...where it all began. Just walking through a cemetary with faded gravestones dating back to 1707 is fascinating. What a different life these people experienced in the same place I stood that day.
