It's okay to love and to be loved.

It's Official!

This is us with some good friends from New Ulm celebrating our good news. We decided it was our destiny to stay in New Ulm and not move away. The relationships we have here are very important to us and God graciously used the past six months to prepare Steve for the job God ultimately had planned for him for the long term.

It was interesting to wait and listen and attempt to figure God out. He always has a plan and will see to it that it is accomplished. God spoke his will to us through the housing market, passing comments from friends that marinated in our minds and hearts, a new job path that opened up and was finalized so quickly, and delight and peace in our hearts when we think about this new plan for us.

Tracy, here in the pic with us, told me last night that she and Jeremy have a plan to tell us next April Fool's Day that they are moving. They want us to experience a bit of the heartbreak we put them through for the last six months. Too funny! At least now they know we are here for good!
