We visited a waterpark in Wisconsin this past weekend with some friends of ours. Just after Isaiah was born some good friends moved to Illinois. Every year we plan a winter trip to Wisconsin to meet them for a weekend together playing and forgetting that we actually live far apart.
Like father, like son.
Our friends from Ill. brought Grandma with them and some friends from here brought two high school girls to help out with all the kids. We even got to go to town and eat out at a restaurant where our friends know the owners. We had a blast and ate 'til we were sick!
On Saturday we celebrated the three birthdays that happen at the end of January. Megan turns three today, Ian turns six on the 26th and Evie turns five on the 30th. Teresa made these wonderful cakes for each of the birthday kids. They were as delicious as beautiful!
Isaiah is a bit of a stinker. Have I mentioned that before? Here he is upset that he can't dig into the cake. We had a wonderful time. It is so fun to spend time with friends and wear a swim suit in the middle of below zero weather. I can't wait until next year!
