Here is the crazy bunch on the ferry to Madeline Island. Naomi said to me, "Maybe the island is shaped like a girl named Madeline." Note also she has a giant lollypop in her hands from the local candy shop. Yikes.
Once on the island we drove all over and stopped in a park to explore the water. The local kayak company owner stopped and asked if he could take each of our children out for a spin in the boat. They all loved it. I look forward to when we can go back as a family and all kayak in the caves, etc. of the Apostle Islands. It was beautiful weather and after the boating we had a picnic on the beach.
