It's okay to love and to be loved.

Can you guess who are the moms in this group?

You can't? Oh, that makes my day! The college gal who had the fortune of taking our picture was asked that question by me. Her response? She said, "I wouldn't have thought any of you were mothers." That makes an overweight sleep deprived, socially deprived twenty-seven year old woman feel, well, seven years younger. We left the kids with the men (except for Val who carries hers inside for another few months) and headed out to visit our old dorm. It held a lot of memories. The bathrooms smelled the same...the computer lounges smelled the same, which made me a little sick to my stomach because it made me feel like I had a test the next day and I was cramming in the wee hours the night before. We had a good time.
Shannon and Kelly...roomies!
Here we are shoved into Ang's TrailBlazer to head out for the night. After visiting the dorms we headed to the coffee shop. It was an hour that felt like a lifetime. We left our normal lives behind and felt, once again, the carefree life of a college kid. It was magical.
Being squished in the back of a car was the best feeling. We laughed endlessly and remembered the many times we did that in college.

We love our lives now. We love that we can reconnect with each other no matter the distance or time in between. We love our bond of faith in God that allows us to encourage one another, join each other in our journey's in life, celebrate with each other and reminisce with each other.

Thank you to my friends who took the time to travel and spend the weekend together. I love you all, love your spouses and fiance's, kids and your friendship. Thanks for the fun!
