We were fortunate enough to win tickets to Orchestra Hall to watch, rather listen to, a children's performance. It was fantastic, complete with a traditional Vaudville actor who tap danced, played tricks on the musicians and even played his own instrument of sorts. Attending a concert like this will be something we make sure to have as a tradition as our children get older.
We were in the second row. Wow! We could not have been more blessed.
Before the concert we headed over to a favorite restaurant near my home town for their Mother's Day brunch. After breakfast we walked the docks and looked for fish before heading home for naps. It was fun to be near the lake.
